 A nice break from typical desi foods. These chicken burgers are flavorful, fairly simple to make, and quite delicious.
 
 
 
   For Patty: Chicken
  12 breast pieces(chopped with knife into very small chunks) Mustard 1/2 tsp
 Red chilli or Paprika 1/2 tsp
 Garam massala(optional)1/4 tsp
 Worcestershire sauce 2,3 tblsp
 Salt
  1/2 tsp Bread slice 1 (presoaked in 2 tblsp of milk and then kneaded)
 Egg 1/2 or 1 (lightly) beaten
 
 For coating:
 Bread Crumbs as required
 Flour as required
 Oil for shallow frying
 Butter as required
 For burger:
 Tomato
  slices Cucumber Slices
 Lettuce 1 leaf
 Mayonaise or french mustard
 Ketchup
 Buns
 
 
    Step1: Mix all ingredients for Patty.
 Set aside atleast for 1/2 an hour.
 Coat first with flour and then bread crumbs.
 Make a 1/2 an inch thick Patty. Shallow fry in preheated oil(with 1 tblsp butter added to it) on medium flame.
 Step 2:
 Split buns in two. Lightly butter the buns halves and grill them either in oven or on gridle(tawa).
 Butter one bun half and use mayonaise or mustard (as per taste)on the other half.
 step3:
 Assembling burger:
 Buttered bun half + tomato
  slice + cucumber + patty + lettuce leaf + other bun half. Enjoy!!!
