Bread slices coated with spicy mashed potatoes.

5 bread slices
2 medium size potatoes
Cheese 1/2 cup
Salt to taste
Black pepper 1/2 tsp
2 eggs
Oil for frying
Boil potatoes and mash them.
Add cheese, salt, pepper and mix properly.
Then spread over the bread slices.
Coat it with egg and then shallow fry it.
Serve hot with ketchup or chutni.
