My comment below should read.....Addition of 'Ajwan' not Ajma as spelt below. Sorry. As for other people's queries in comments: Cilantro is Coriander and Heeng or Hinga is Asafotieda.

Wonder if the bread absorbs the oil? Looks tasty! Addition of 'Ajma' would make it even more yummy! PS: Good to wear an apron for safety. Even the placement of the pot of oil - better to use the back burner!
