A slighlty different way of cooking mixed vegetables by adding the Creamy Corns (mixed with food startch and sweetened with sugar). A side dish full of flavors and veggies. Enjoy!!!

Ingredients
1 tin cream style cornClick to find more about corn
4 oz mixed vegetables (carrots, eggplantClick to find more about eggplant, squash, cabbageClick to find more about cabbage, cauliflower etc)
2 tbsp tomatoClick to find more about tomato paste
1 finely chopped onionClick to find more about onion
1 tsp finely crushed fresh gingerClick to find more about ginger
1 tsp finely crushed fresh garlicClick to find more about garlic
3 whole black peppercorns
1 tsp whole jeera
1 tbsp gheeClick to find more about ghee SaltClick to find more about Salt Cilantro


Preparation
Heat the gheeClick to find more about ghee in a cooking pot, preferably nonstick.
Add zeeraClick to find more about zeera and black peppercorns.
Add gingerClick to find more about ginger and garlicClick to find more about garlic after the zeeraClick to find more about zeera turns brown and fry for a few seconds. Then add the chopped onions and fry till they turn golden brown.
Then add the tomatoClick to find more about tomato paste and after a few seconds add the mixed vegetables and about 2-4 tbsp water.
Cover and cook till the vegetables are half done.
Then add the cream style cornClick to find more about corn and saltClick to find more about salt and complete the cooking.
Garnish with cilantro.
