Ingredients
1 lb chickenClick to find more about chicken breast (cut in small pieces)
1 tbsp garlicClick to find more about garlic paste
1 tbsp gingerClick to find more about ginger paste
1 tomatoe (cutin small pieces)
3 small green peppers (jalapenos)
Green onions
1/2 spoon haldiClick to find more about haldi
1/2 black pepperClick to find more about black pepper
SaltClick to find more about Salt (to taste)
Red pepper (to taste)
1/4 cup vinegarClick to find more about vinegar
Garam masala
Pinch of sugar
Oil


Preparation
Add oil to karahi, then add garlicClick to find more about garlic and gingerClick to find more about ginger paste.
Add chickenClick to find more about chicken and stir fry tilClick to find more about til no longer pink.
Add haldiClick to find more about haldi at this stage.
Add tomatoes, continue to stir tilClick to find more about til water evaporates from tomatoes.
Add black pepperClick to find more about black pepper, saltClick to find more about salt, red pepper.
Add vinegarClick to find more about vinegar and stir.
Add green peppers and put little bit more oil in, add pinch of sugar let cook about 3 minutes then add 1/3 cup water, sprinkle garam masala on top but don't mix in.
Cover and cook on low heat for 10 minutes.
Garnish with green onions and serve with rice or naan. You'll love it!!

If someone likes mild flavor. They'll love it. It doesn't have a "traditional" Pakistani taste though. It's good, and a little different, which is reallyyy good at times!
