Chicken masala Wali is a tasty, rich, creamy yet spicy chicken goes well naan or roti.


Ingredients
2-4 lbs. chickenClick to find more about chicken
1/4 jeara
1 tbs. of garlicClick to find more about garlic
1 tbs. of gingerClick to find more about ginger
2 small tomatos
1 small onionClick to find more about onion
4 tbs. oil
3 or 4 green pepper
1/2 cruch pepper
saltClick to find more about salt and red chilli powder (up to ur taste)
1 tbs. achar ghost shan masala packet


Preparation
Heat oil then put jeare, garlicClick to find more about garlic, gingerClick to find more about ginger and crush peper, blend the green peppers, tomatos, onionClick to find more about onion to make a paste.
Put the paste in garlicClick to find more about garlic, gingerClick to find more about ginger and crush peppers.
Cook it until u can see the oil on top.
Then put chickenClick to find more about chicken, saltClick to find more about salt and chilli powder and mix it well.
Then put it on low heat for abt 10 min.
When u think the chickenClick to find more about chicken is almost done put the achar ghost masala and mix it well and higher the heat and mix it until u see the oil on top or when the chickenClick to find more about chicken is done which ever come first.its ready to serve. enjoy:)

Delicious Variation of the achari chicken written on the packet -- gravy is thick paste and is milder -- it went soo well with bagara chawal !!

24lbs chicken??? I really appreciate the recipes up here on this website, but it would be nice if they could be checked for typos before being posted! Thanks though.
