Samolina, coconut, flour and yogurt mix makes a great great Samolina(suji) cake. Great tea time snack.

1 cup suji
1 cup sugar
1 cup butter
1 cup yougert
1 cup crushed coccunut
1 cup meda
3 eggs
Dry nuts for garnishing.

Mixed all ingredients in a bowl with hand beater.
Put in medium size pre greased oven tray.
Bake on 350 for 45 min.
Serve garnished with dry nuts.

SEEMS DIFFERENT KINDA CAKE,I WILL TRY IT. SABA U CAN BAKE IT IN A STOVE OVEN,COLLECT SOME CHIKNAY STONES,WASH THEM,PUT THEM IN A BIG ALIMINIUM UTENSIL,HEAT IT AND THEN PUT UR BAKING TRAY ON IT THEN COVER IT TO BAKE.SIMPLE!
