This is an easy to follow recipe for bell pepper and potato sabzi which is ready in no time and very delicious in taste.

Ingredients
1 lb. green bell peppersClick to find more about bell peppers, sliced fine
1 onionClick to find more about onion, pureed
1 tomatoClick to find more about tomato, pureed
1 tbsp. gingerClick to find more about ginger paste
1 tbsp. garlicClick to find more about garlic paste
2 tsp. turmericClick to find more about turmeric powder
1 tsp. chilli powder
1 tsp. cumin powder
1 tsp. coriander powder
1 lb. potatoes, cooked and cubed
1 tsp. saltClick to find more about salt or to taste
Cilantro/coriander leavesClick to find more about coriander leaves
2 tbsp. Oil


Preparation
Heat oil in a non-stick frying pan (or skillet) and fry the onions, tomatoes, gingerClick to find more about ginger and garlicClick to find more about garlic together with cumin and coriander powders for five minutes. Add potatoes, green bell peppersClick to find more about bell peppers, turmericClick to find more about turmeric and chilli powders and saltClick to find more about salt with half a cup of water and cook on medium low heat for fifteen minutes.
