Aloo Bhujia is a delicious combination of vegetable cooked in an array of spices.


Ingredients
Potatoes 5-6 medium, peeled and cut ( small pieces)
SaltClick to find more about Salt 1 tsp or according to taste
Red chili 1 tsp or according to taste
Coriander seedsClick to find more about Coriander seeds 1 tbsp
KalonjiClick to find more about Kalonji 1 tsp
ZeeraClick to find more about Zeera 1 tsp
Fresh green Chili about 4-5 cut
Fresh Coriander leavesClick to find more about Coriander leaves to garnish.
Cooking oil 1/4 cup


Preparation
Heat oil in sauce pan and add potatoes.
Fry for about 5 minutes.
Now add all the dry ingredients and stir.
Cook on medium heat for about 15 minutes; cover up the sauce pan with a lid.
Check the potatoes, if they are done (are soft) then remove from stove.
Garnish with green chilis and fresh coriander leavesClick to find more about coriander leaves

The best bhujia recipe ever! 5 plus stars! Very simple too!I looked the other day and the bookmark I had was gone my heart sank. I a definately writing this down now. My husband and children LOVED IT make it with some sooji helwa.
