French Cole Slaw Sandwich

All vegetables finely chopped
1 cup cabbage
1 cup red cabbage
1 cup capsicum(red & yellow if available)
1 cup carrots
1 cup onion
1 1/2 cup celery
2 and half tbsp Mayonnaise
2 tbsp French Mustard paste
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Bread Slices 8( as required)

Mix all chopped vegetables in a bowl and add salt & pepper, mayonnaise and french mustard paste.
Make a thick paste and apply on the bread slices.
Make sandwiches and cut in a centre and serve with evening tea or in breakfast and enjoy....
