Ingredients
AlooClick to find more about Aloo 1/2 kg
OnionClick to find more about Onion 3 medium(cut it in thin pieces)
Yogurt 1/4 kg
SaltClick to find more about Salt according to taste
Red chilli powder 3 tea sp or to taste
Fresh coriander 1 bunch
Cooking oil 2 tbsp


Preparation
Boil the potatos & mash them.
In a bowl mix saltClick to find more about salt & red chilli powder in yugurt & beat them.
Fry the onionClick to find more about onion in Cooking pot.
When it became golden brown pour the yugurt & stir it.
Add mashed potatos & mix it.
Then add fresh coriander leavesClick to find more about coriander leaves & mix them.
Serve hot with chapatis or naan.

Hi Mrs. Dehmer, Chapatis are like tortillas and yes its a kind a bread too. the amount of oil has been fixed according to the recipe and we apologize for the inconvenience. Please do share your experience of how it comes out. Good luck

I think this will taste great! What is Chapatis? I know Naan is bread, so I assume Chapatis is as well. How is it seasoned? The amount of the cooking oil seems excessive. Can it be cut back?
