A hearty and flavored mixing of cabbage, pineapple, carrots and onions.
1 onion , finely chopped
1 head cabbage , finely chopped
4 carrots, grated
1 cup Greek yogurt
1 can sliced pineapple , drained and chopped
salt and pepper to taste
paprika to taste
garlic powder to taste
In a large bowl, mix the onion , cabbage , carrots, Greek yogurt, and pineapple .
Season with salt and pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
Chill 30 minutes in the refrigerator before serving.
