The tomato gravy with tender fish and fresh coriander made this healthy dish a tangy touch.

1 cup oil
2 teaspoon tamarindClick to find more about tamarind paste
2 teaspoon chilli powder
2 teaspoon paprika
2 teaspoon garlicClick to find more about garlic & GingerClick to find more about Ginger Paste
3 onions well blended
2 tomatoes
1 stock dhania corriander
1/2 teaspoon haldiClick to find more about haldi
7-8 green chillies grounded
1 kilo fish any kind
AllSpiceClick to find more about AllSpice: depend on taste
7 longclove
3 elaichiClick to find more about elaichi cardamomClick to find more about cardamom
5 kali mirchClick to find more about kali mirch whole black pepperClick to find more about black pepper
1/2 teaspoon garam masala

First clean your fish thoroughly after you have cleaned it then put a little saltClick to find more about salt on it and leave it to the side.
Get a frying pan add 1/2 cup oil heat it and then fry fish until half cooked and put aside.
Then in a seperate dish heat the rest of the oil add the grounded onionClick to find more about onion gingerClick to find more about ginger, garlicClick to find more about garlic and grounded green chilliClick to find more about green chilli and fry till light brown.
Then add dry masala cloveClick to find more about clove, cardamum and whole black pepperClick to find more about black pepper.
Add the tomatoes to get the masala a little wet then add all the powder masala.
After you have cooked the masala well add two glasses of water cook masala till it leaves the oil.
Then add the fried fish and cook till fish is thouroughly cooked if you want a lot of thin gravy add water and saltClick to find more about salt to taste.
After cooking add Dhania finely chopped and u have fish curry. Serve with white rice.
