Fried Rice With Beef Chilli recipe by Nazia Nazar at DesiRecipes.com.
Stir-fried rice with fresh beef chilli, ginger/garlic with mixed cabbage in soya sauce.


Ingredients
For Beef Chilli:
1/2 kg Fillet Beef (cut into stripsor cubs)
2 tbsp Soya Sauce
1 tbsp Sugar
1/2 tsp SaltClick to find more about Salt
2 tbsp CornClick to find more about Corn Flour
2 Green ChilliClick to find more about Green Chilli
1 OnionClick to find more about Onion sliced
1 tbsp GarlicClick to find more about Garlic & GingerClick to find more about Ginger
1/2 cup CabbageClick to find more about Cabbage

For Fried Rice:
1/2 kg Rice
1 Litter Water
1/4 cup of Oil
1/2 tsp SaltClick to find more about Salt
1/4 cup Spring OnionClick to find more about Onion
1 tsp Sugar


Preparation
For Beef Chilli:
First of all cook the beef with garlicClick to find more about garlic, gingerClick to find more about ginger & saltClick to find more about salt in 1/2 litter of water.
Remove from heat when it cooked & 1 cup of meat yakni is left.
Now take pan fry green chilliClick to find more about green chilli, onionClick to find more about onion & beef in 3 tbsp of oil.
After that make sauce, boil yakni make the paste of cornflour in 3 tbsp of water add it in the boiled yakni with sugar & soya sauce.
Then mix yakni with green chilliClick to find more about green chilli, onionClick to find more about onion & beef together.
Cook them all for 2 mins.

For Fried Rice:
Boiled rice in water for 5 to 10 mins.
After that drain through then put saltClick to find more about salt, spring onionClick to find more about onion, sugar.
FRIED RICE is ready.

Now put BEEF CHILLI on the FRIED RICE.
This is ready for serve.

hmm delicious i tried it seriously its very tasty i loved fried rice wid beef with tooo much chilllliiieeessss
