Ingredients
Habib Cooking Oil 1/2 Cup
Red Chili (whole) 5
Qeema (Mince) 1 Kg
HaldiClick to find more about Haldi (powder) 1 Tsp
Green Chilies 8-10 (Large Size)
ZeeraClick to find more about Zeera (grinded) 2 Tsp
OnionClick to find more about Onion 2 (Average size)
TamarindClick to find more about Tamarind Juice 1/2 Cup
Cup Curd 1
Cup Dhaniya (powder) 2 Tsp
Red Chili (powder) 2 Tsp
GingerGarlic (paste) 1 Tsp
Sounff 1 Tsp
SaltClick to find more about Salt to taste


Preparation
Take chilies and make slits in center and remove seeds.
Take seperate bowl and add tamarindClick to find more about tamarind juice, zeeraClick to find more about zeera powder, saltClick to find more about salt (to taste), sonuff & dhaniya powder.
Make paste of them and stuff it in green chilies and wrap them with thread. In 1/2 cup, Habib Cooking Oil add chop onionClick to find more about onion and fry till light brown.
Add Qeema with garlicClick to find more about garlic/gingerClick to find more about ginger paste and look till aroma arises and Qeema's water gets evaporated.
Then add saltClick to find more about salt, red chili (whole) & zeeraClick to find more about zeera.
When Qeema gets cooked add cup, curd and cover a lid for 10 minutes. Then add stuffed chilies and cook for 5 minutes till becomes tender.
Serve hot with coriander leavesClick to find more about coriander leaves (green dhaniya) and gingerClick to find more about ginger.
Best to serve with Nan or Fried Rice.
