I like the recipe but i mix a little wheat flour (Atta)in it..On the whole the method is perfect..kebabs look delicious..

Ingredients: 1. 500 gms Beef Mince with fat. 2. Salt to taste 3. 02 Medium Size Chopped Tomatoes (keep the chopped tomatoes in microwave for 10-15 secs or leave at room temperature for atleast 03-04 hours. *this is secret method used by all kabab makers. This way, your kabab will not break as well as will remain smooth) 4. 02 Finely chopped onion (use the reddish skinned onions or not the white ones, which are grown in states/australia or europe) 5. 3-4 finely chopped green chilies 6. Red Chilli Powder to taste. 7. 3-4 Tsp Dried coriander (crush roughly, do not make it powder) 8. 1-2 Tsp Dried Pomegranate seeds (optional) 9. 1 Tsp Cumin Powder Mix all spices together into mince. Add tomatoes / onion / green chillis and mix thoroughly with hands. The more you mix, the better. Frying: Shallow fry in BUFFALO / COW FAT (you can purchase fat which is attached with beef) and put on slow heat to melt. Once it melts and become oil, then add kabab on medium heat. If you really want to have the real taste of peshawari chappli kabab, try the ingredients and method above.
