A wonderful pudding of lentil, rice and milk.


Ingredients
1 liter half and half milk
Two cans evaporated milk
1/2 cup pistachios
1/2 teaspoon cardamomClick to find more about cardamom powder
1 cup moong dalClick to find more about dal
1 cup khoya
2 cups sugar
1/2 cup almondsClick to find more about almonds
Kewra
1/2 cup rice


Preparation
Soak rice and dalClick to find more about dal in water for 45 hours then blend them fine.
Boil the half and half milk and the evaporated milk together.
Then put the rice and dalClick to find more about dal mixture into the milk.
Cook it for about 1/2 hour.
Put sugar and cardamomClick to find more about cardamom powder into it.
Then add 1/2 of the chopped pistachios and chopped almondsClick to find more about almonds.
Finally, add kewra.
Cool it down in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours.
It is now ready to serve.
