The amount of garlic and cheese in these nibbles makes an intensely crisp, rich finish.

Cottage cheese 4 oz
Milk 2tbs
GarlicClick to find more about Garlic mashed 1 tbs
Bread slices 10 prefer a day old bread
Baking powder 1tsp
Egg 1
Mustered powder 1tsp ( optinal)
Flour (maidaClick to find more about maida) 1 oz
SaltClick to find more about Salt and black peppers as per ur taste
Oil for frying

Sift together flour, saltClick to find more about salt, black peppers, and baking powder.
Crush the cheese.
Now in a bowl mix cheese, egg, mustered powder, milk and garlicClick to find more about garlic.
Cut the hard end of bread and cut them in 2 pieces.
Coat the cheese mixture on one side of slice.
Equal its surface with a knife.
Coat the mixture well on the bread.
Now heat oil an deep fry them.

could you please reprint your preparation it is unclear where to put the cheese and do we dip the bread into what before frying. you say coat the mixture well on the bread ..what mixture.?

What does mean OZ? As in above receipe mentioned flour 1 oz. Also need to know should i dip the bread to flour mixture batter?

i think we have to make flour mixture batter and then we have to dip in that batter and then fry. and the other mixture we have to put in between two slices. but still were will the hard bread pieces go. don't know.
