Simple and easy recipe of homemade chicken pizza.
For base:
Maida 1 cup
Egg 1
1/4 cup oil
1/4 cup liquid milk
1/4 cup water
5 gram instant yeast
Mix them well and to make good dough and then leave the dough for 2 hours.
Make round shape and put it oven at 200c for 15 minutes after 15 minutes Change the side leave for 10 minutes
For Toppings:
Chicken 250 grams
Olive 50 gram
Tomato 100 gram
Onoin as desire
Tomato paste 2 TSP
Oil for fry
Cheese mozzarella 200 gram
Mix all the ingredients for the base well to make good dough and then leave the dough for 2 hours.
Make round shape and put it oven at 200c for 15 minutes after 15 minutes Change the side leave for 10 minutes
Saute the chicken with light salt n pepper.
Now top all items on pizza including chicken then sprinkle cheeze in the end and then put it on oven for 10 minutes.
Pizza is ready.
