Fresh homemade Samosas which is slightly different in taste and ingredeints but very delicious to eat. Best serve with spicy tomato sauce.

Ingredients
Ingredients :
1 teacup boiled noodles
2 teacup shredded cabbageClick to find more about cabbage
2 sliced onions
1 grated carrotClick to find more about carrot
1 teacup bean sprouts
1 tsp soya sauce
½ tsp ajinomoto powder
2 tbsp oil
SaltClick to find more about Salt to taste
Oil for deep frying

For the dough :
1½ teacups plain flour
½ tsp saltClick to find more about salt
3 tsp oil

For the spicy tomatoClick to find more about tomato sauce :
1 teacup tomatoClick to find more about tomato ketchup
A small piece gingerClick to find more about ginger
4 cloves garlicClick to find more about garlic
2 tsp chilli sauce
¼ tsp saltClick to find more about salt


Preparation
For the filling:
Heat the oil on a high flame.
Put the cabbageClick to find more about cabbage, onions, carrotClick to find more about carrot, bean sprouts and Ajinomoto powder and cook for about 3 minutes.
Put the noodles, soya sauce and saltClick to find more about salt.

For the dough :
Combine all the ingredients and put water to make a stiff dough.
Roll out into very thin circles.

For the spicy tomatoClick to find more about tomato sauce :
Grind the gingerClick to find more about ginger and garlicClick to find more about garlic into a paste.
Combine the paste with the remaining ingredients.

Put a little stuffing on each circle and fold over to form a semi-circle.
Bring the ends together and press. Repeat the same procedure for the remaining circles.
Deep fry in oil until it becomes crispy.
Serve hot with spicy tomatoClick to find more about tomato sauce.
