A delicious roti flavoured with mint and spiced with green chillies

Ingredients
2 cups whole wheatClick to find more about wheat flour (gehun ka attaClick to find more about atta)
1� cups finely chopped onions
2 green chillies, chopped
� cup finely chopped mintClick to find more about mint leaves (phudina)
1 teaspoon gheeClick to find more about ghee
saltClick to find more about salt to taste
2 teaspoons butter to serve


Preparation
Sift the flour and saltClick to find more about salt together in a bowl. Add all the chopped ingredients and the gheeClick to find more about ghee.
Add the warm water gradually, mix well and knead to stiff dough. Knead well again, cover and keep aside for 20 minutes.
Divide the dough into 6 portions. Shape into round balls and roll out into 125 mm. (5") diameter rounds.
Cook on a tava on both sides.
Just before serving, roast the rotis on direct flame and apply butter on one side.
Serve hot.

How much water is needed for this? I noticed the only "wet" ingredient listed in the ghee.
