Haray masalay kay chawal is not only simple to make but it tastes good too! It goes very well with any meat dish.

Ingredients
2 cups rice
4 cups water
8 green chillies
1 tea sp gingerClick to find more about ginger paste
1 tea sp garlicClick to find more about garlic paste
1 cup corrieander leaves chopped
1 tea sp + additional saltClick to find more about salt according to taste


Preparation
Blend chillies & corriander then fry in 2 table spoon oil along with the gingerClick to find more about ginger & garlicClick to find more about garlic paste.
Boil the rice in water when they are 95% cooked add the above green paste to it.
Then cook it on very low heat for 10 minutes.
Mix well before serving.
Garnish with corriander leaves on top.
We have used basmati rice in this recipe.

Yeah It can be cooked either way. This is the regular rice recipe. But you can make it biryani style too, the only difference is for Biryani style you boil the rice seperate and add the masala in the end. In this recipe you are frying the green masala first and then add water in the same masala, make it to a boil and then put rice in it. Hope that helps.
