Vermicelli And Meat Ball Soup recipe by Nazia Nazar at DesiRecipes.com.
A warming noodle soup recipe in which noodles simmer away in a freshly pureed tomato broth to give this soup outrageous flavor. The meatballs are simply seasoned and fried separately in oil which later gets mixed into the tomato broth to finish the soup.

Ingredients
500 gms. cabbageClick to find more about cabbage, shredded
60 gms. vermicelliClick to find more about vermicelli
3 cups each of chickenClick to find more about chicken stock and tomatoClick to find more about tomato juice
saltClick to find more about salt and pepper to taste.
For Meat Balls :
250 gms. minced mutton
3 tbsp. minced onionClick to find more about onion
tsp. minced gingerClick to find more about ginger
1 egg
1 tsp. brandy
saltClick to find more about salt to taste.


Preparation
Mix all the meat ball ingredients together.
Knead to a smooth mixture, form into small balls and deep fry to a golden brown colour.
Fry vermicelliClick to find more about vermicelli in a little oil to a golden colour.
Bring stock and tomatoClick to find more about tomato juice to boiling point, add saltClick to find more about salt and cabbageClick to find more about cabbage and cook till the cabbageClick to find more about cabbage is almost done, put in the balls and boil for 2 mins.
Sprinkle pepper and vermicelliClick to find more about vermicelli on top and serve immediately.

Are you serious?? how can you add a recipe that requires one to add alcohol, does anyone even moderate this site at all?
