HI..
Here are the important health tips for you,
1. To avoid diseases like hepatitis and Typhoid, eat 5 basil leaves everyday.
2. For tooth ache, keep a clove on the affected area.
3. Have a mixture of gingelly oil and egg, for 3 days, for menstrual disorders.
4. You will get a great relief from menstrual pain , if you have a gooseberry daily.
5. Boil the leaf of Malabar nut, squeeze its juice and add egg white. It subsides cough.
6. Eat the powder of dried ginger and cumin with sugar for relief from cough.
7. Have the mixture of mustard paste and honey for good relief from cough.
8. For a good relief from cough, mix equal quantities of basil juice, honey and ajwain juice and drink on an empty stomach.
9. Are you suffering from urinary infection? Drink a glassful of water with a pinch of cardamom powder.
10. Have a mixture of lemon juice and honey when you are suffering from cold. |

Hi
Have a glass of water by your bed, and attempt to drink eight 8 oz glasses of water a day. At breakfast mix fruit juices with 50% water, to aid absorption, prevent rapid sugar levels in the blood, and to save money.
Make sure you don't skip breakfast, unless you get out of bed after 12 o'clock, then go straight for lunch.
Spend time at breakfast to plan out your day, take each day one day at a time, but make the most of them, planning is the key to success.
Smile, laugh be happy, don't take everything in life to serious, remember its alright to fart, apparently we all do it on average 13 times a day, and that includes ladies.
If you're going to fart, and you're in public, cough at the same time to cover up the noise. This is also a good stomach exercise.
Take a good quality multi-vitamin / mineral supplement each morning. A recent survey by the American National Food Council revealed that not one person from 21,500 consumed their optimum RDA of vitamins.

Get plenty of sleep. Exercise, especially aerobic, increases the body's virus-killing cells. Even better, exercise outside in the fresh air, away from dehydrating indoor heating systems and recirculated, germy air. Eat healthy foods with lots of vitamins, like colorful fruits and vegetables, whole grains and yogurt. Drink fluids; it flushes out your system. Take care of yourself! |

Health has now become one of the major concerns, for becoming healthy we should always try to eat healthy food, as it is really important for our body, and always try to drink 7 or 8 glass of water in a day, eat vegetable in your every meal, and also try to go for a regular walk, I think that this will really help you. |

Weight gain is a common problem now a days and it is necessary to reduce excess weight otherwise it can lead to many kind of diseases. Drink plenty of water, Eat more fruits and vegetables, walk or rope for about 30 minutes in a day. |
