Eat 3 well balanced meals. Don't skip breakfast (you'll only reach for the nearest available junk food later on in the day when you get hungry!) If you do need a snack-- eat fruits, yougurts and veggies. However, it's ok to treat yourself to chocolate or cake. Don't each more than the serving size though.
Make sure to exercise regularly! |

Hello...
According to me if want to loose weight then you have to do exercise regularly, follow stick diet plan for only six month by this you will able to loose as many as weight you want loose. If you not able to do that go for liposuction surgery...... |
