Assalam-o-Alaikum To All The PakiRecipes Citizens...

I'm Sajida Mansoor, 26 years old and from Pakistan... I'm really loving this new version of PakiRecipes and its all the lovely features... I'd registered myself a few days back... then started browsing through the pages and forgot to post my introduction... I'm doing Bachelor of Mass Communication... three semesters are finished and only one to go... I love doing many things like painting, graphic designing, pixeling, dolling, reading, writing, cooking and so on... I just love creativity... so when it comes to cooking... I again prefer creating some new and refreshing dishes with unique taste... I also love our traditional cooking... but sometimes I love to innovate and experiment on our routine dishes...

I really appreciate the girls who love to cook... you might know that it's a trend to say like this:

"Oh I hate/ don't know cooking... even I don't know how to boil an egg"

I mean to say... this trend or behaviour is not appreciable... every girl should learn and know about cooking... it doesn't matter if she's not an expert but at least she should have some knowledge of cooking... it could be very handy for her to cope when a particular situation occurs... like in my case... I was the little darling girl of my mother and I didn't work or cook much before my marriage... but I had all the basic knowledge of cooking... so when I got married... I didn't take the help of any cookbooks etc... I just tried everything on my own... and thanks to Allah everything has been so good... I just wonder that my salt and spices are always accurate and I've never tasted my dishes before serving... Masha'Allah... so I am trying to say that girls should love cooking and trying everything on their own...

Now you must know the fact that I talk too much... Rolling Eyes

so I think I should better finish my long novel... I'll be looking forward to know about all our sweet members... my best wishes are always with you... Smile

hello and salams sajiida...thnx for the Wished...Well ur intro in intresting....so where do u live in pakistan..i mean wht part....hmmm mass comm is good subjct but its too ttough...well i m saubia anddddddddd i live in LA california....hmm i love cookin and work here as a cooking assisstent..

welcome to the forum Sajjada ,we really need such talktive person here ,i like the way u introduce urself,thanks for detailed intro,anyway i 100% agree with u,a girl must know about cooking,and i think if a person have interest in cooking she will learn soon,its not diificult to cook,but if u give ur full attention when u r making adish it will improve its taste .
