Hi there...I want to share information to for how to make this lovely Dish....
Ingredients
* 2-1/4 cups original bisquick
* 2/3 cup milk
* 1 pkg ( 8 ounces) plain or smoked string cheese
* 1 tablespoon butter or margarine, ..melted
* 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
* 1 can ( 8 ounces) pizza sauce, heated
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
2. stir bisquick and milk until a soft dough forms ;.....beat 30 seconds with a spoon.
3. place dough on surface sprinkled with bisquick; gently roll in bisquick to coat.
4. shape into a ball; knead 10 times
5. roll dough 1/4 inch thick.
6. cut into 8 - 6 x 2 inch rectangles
7. roll each rectangle around 1 piece of cheese, pinch edge into roll and seal;.. seal ends...roll on surface to completely enclose cheese sticks.place seam sides down on ungreased cookie sheet.
8. bake 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown;
9. mix butter and garlic powder, and brush over warm cheese sticks, before removing from cookie sheet.
10. serve warm with pizza sauce for dip or you can use a ranch dip |
