Nihari can be made with beef or chicken. Tender meat, thick gravy, earthy spices. Best eaten with roti or a grease-ridden puri!

4 tbsp gram flour/ besan
2 cups of yoghurt
Glass of water
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp turmeric/ haldi
Coriander leaves
Twig of curry leaves
2 slices ginger
2 cloves garlic
1/2 onion
Pakora
4 tbsp gram flour/ besan
1/2 onion, coarsely chopped
1/2 tsp coarsely grounded coriander seeds
1/4 tsp red chilli powder
1/4 tsp zeera
1/4 tsp salt
4-5 Glasses Water
Oil
Final Bhaghar
1/4 onion finely sliced
Curry leaves
Few dried red chillis
1/4 tsp zeera
Lemon Juice
