        Lauki is a summer vegetable and is very light. This recipe tells us how to cook

        Peel white pumpkin , cut lengthwise, remove seeds and cut into small dices. Heat 
 oil, add chopped onions and saute until soft. 
 Add ginger , garlic  paste, stir and add chopped tomatoes, red chilli powder, 
 coriander powder, turmeric  powder and salt . Cook for some time. Add white 
 pumpkin , mix well. 
 Add approximately 3 cups of water and cook until white pumpkin  is cooked and 
 masala is thick.
