Bonelss chicken pieces marinated in spicy mix, coated in egg and breadcrumbs and then deep fried.

Ingredients
Oil for shallow frying
Boneless chickenClick to find more about chicken strips (1 inch size) 500 gms
For marinade:
SaltClick to find more about Salt to taste
Red chilli powder 1/2 teaspoon ( you can put more according to your own taste)
Black pepperClick to find more about Black pepper 1/4 teaspoon
VinegarClick to find more about Vinegar 2 teaspoons

Coating:
White flourClick to find more about White flour (maidaClick to find more about maida) 1/2 cup
saltClick to find more about salt 1 pinch
red chilli 1 pinch
mustard powder 1 pinch (optional)
Baking powder 1/4 teaspoon
Egg 1
Bread crumbs to coat


Preparation
marinate chickenClick to find more about chicken strips for 30 min in the ingredients listed under marinade.
Now coat chickenClick to find more about chicken with flour (mix saltClick to find more about salt, red chilli, mustard and baking powder in the flour)
then coat chickenClick to find more about chicken in egg and bread crumbs.
Fry in oil till crumbs turn golden brown.
Serve with imlee chutney/ ketchup and french fries.

Loved it! this definitely is the improved version of chicken 65. Recommended for mothers who want to be inspiration for their kids.. with fresh green salad it is a full meal! enjoy
