|
Hello,
after many trials I am tired of my golgappas...
My Puris are not crunchy ....rather soft.
During frying it seems they are perfect but
suddenly they are not crispy anymore.
Can anybody give me a hint what I am doing wrong?
Cheers,
D.D. |
