				Asalam Alykom 
 
Katayef is one of famous sweets in Arabic world specialy in Ramadan days.
 
 
Recipies:
 
*-1 Kilo Khatayef.
 
*-2 boxes of cream. 
 
*-227 g Butter.
 
*-2 Cups of Sugar+2  water.
 
*-Crushed Nuts(persuant on desire).
 
 
 
The Method:
 
*-Cut Khatayef into small pieces 
 
*-Put the butter on a weak fire and let it dissolves.Then add it to Khatayef.
 
*-Put the half of the khatayef quantity in a griddle and press well.
 
*-Put it in the oven till it gets a golden color.
 
*-During that time ,prepare the cream and put it in a plate.
 
*-Add 2 big spoons of cold water
 
+1 of crushed Nuts 
 
 and mix all well
 
*-Bring out Khatayet out of the Oven and put on it a layer of mixture(cream +nuts).be sure that   it is all well covered.
 
*-start Putting the second layer of Khatayef.
 
*-returns it back to oven till it gets a golden color.
 
*-to start preparing Charbet (honey) put 2cups  of sugar+2of  water and ½ of lemon .When its ready take it off the stove and let it  freshen.
 
*-bring Khatayef out of oven and add honey to it and present it in its final form.
 
 
 
Remark:
 
You can put a variety of  crushed nuts instead of the cream(as my mom do some nuts +peanuts+almont+some sugar+some cinnamon all  mixed) about the honey you can add some naturel saffron to give it a nice form._this one is mine not my mom’s).
