Salam to all. I am sharin a spanish dessert recipe here . I have been making this recipe for a while now and I love it bcuz it is so simple and require no crazy ingredients. I hope u will like it and leave me ur comments.
also tell me if u had Churros before.
You will need :
1 cup water
1 teaspoon cinnamon ( powder )
2 1/2 tablespoons white sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup sugar ( or as much as you prefer )
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 quarts oil for frying
How to make it :Get ready now
In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine water, 2 1/2 tablespoons sugar, salt and 2 tablespoons vegetable oil. Bring to a boil and remove from heat. Stir in flour until mixture forms a ball. ( no lumps )
Heat oil for frying in skillet . Pipe strips of dough into hot oil using a pastry bag. ( use a regular bag if u do not have a pastry bag ) Fry until golden anddrain on paper towels.
Combine 1/2 cup sugar and cinnamon. Roll drained churros in cinnamon and sugar mixture. serve hot.

I am waiting for the recipe section to open so I can share my recipes there. I know tht we r not suppose to add recipes here but a few ppl asked abt recipes so I just added this one. and InshAllah I will post my recipes and you will find them ez.

well I think tht it won't come out exactly the same but its better to make it at home then buy it outside cuz u know wat's going in it.

oh ok. so it tasted the same. tht's good. and yea the looks don't matter as long as you get the taste you are looking for.
