Minced meat marinated in a spiced yogurt marinade and then shallow fried. Serve with chatni, lemon wedges and naan bread.

Ingredients
1 kg minced meat (Mutton, chickenClick to find more about chicken or beef. Drain all the free water properly)
2 tomatoes (Cut it in small pieces)
Corriander leaves as required
SaltClick to find more about Salt as reqiured
Green chillies.. as required
Coriander (sabit) 1 tea spoon
Jafil Jawatri half tea spoon
Youghart 3 table spoon
Read Chilli Powder 1 and a half tea spoon
Gram Masala 1 tea spoon.
Flour 2 table spoon..
Oil according to need for frying


Preparation
Mix all the ingredients properly and marinate for 30 minutes in fridge.
Make round flat kababs and shallow fry it.
Serve with naan and any sauce or chutney.
