A chicken sandwich is a delicious treat that you can customize with any number of flavors. The benefits to making your own chicken sandwich are that it's very simple, tastes very fresh and you can control the ingredients that go in.


Ingredients
2 lbs. boneless chickenClick to find more about chicken leg/thigh pieces.
1 tbspn. garlicClick to find more about garlic & gingerClick to find more about ginger paste
1 green chilliClick to find more about green chilli
sprinkle of saltClick to find more about salt
pepper to taste
Mayonaisse
bread slices


Preparation
In small saucepan, put chickenClick to find more about chicken in and add water until all chickenClick to find more about chicken is covered. Add gingerClick to find more about ginger & garlicClick to find more about garlic paste, little saltClick to find more about salt and sliced chilli. Boil on med. heat until water evaporates or until chickenClick to find more about chicken is completely done. When done, throw away chilli and shred chickenClick to find more about chicken into big bowl. Add few tbspn. of mayonaisee and black pepperClick to find more about black pepper to taste. Mix until smooth paste. Spread on bread slices and serve as snack or meal.
