1/4 cup green chilies, finely cut

powder (garam masala)
1/2 cup oil

in 1/2 cup water for 5 minutes on medium heat.
Heat oil and cook the tomatoes till it forms a thick paste.

I cooked this DISH. it made wonderful. but i want to know some Usmaniya resutrent food DISHES their Chicken Karahi awasome i think they pore Some kind of cream also.but am not sure
