Ground Beef sauted with ginger/garlic and lots of masala, and served over rice or noodles for a quick, flavorful meal.
Ground Beef 1 kg
Garlic & Giger 1 tsp
Red Cillie Powder 1 tsp
Haldi a pinch
Yogurt 1 tbsp
Cilantro(hara dhania) 1 tbsp
Green chille 2 split in 2 pieces
Loong(cloves) 4
Green Cardimon 6
Black Pepper 6
Zeera 1 tsp
Cinamon 1 stick
Whole Dhania 1 tsp
Salt as required
In a dry and hot fry pan add Zeera and Dhania for 1 minute and take it out.
Grind zeera, dhania, loong, black pepper, green cardimon, cinamon in a powder form.
To the beef add that powder and all other ingredents that is garlic & ginger, haldi, yogurt, salt, red chilles, green chilles and hara dhaniya.
Mix it well and in a skillet heat some oil and add minced beef with all ingredents and mix.
Cook for 20 minutes until the water dries.
When the oil comes out fry it and serve it with chapaati or rice.
