Easy fried fish fillets with simple seasoned flour coating.

Ingredients
fish (cut into 3 inch pieces, marinated with 1/2 kg saltClick to find more about salt/pepper and ajinomoto(1/2 tsp each) and kept aside for 10-15 minutes)

Batter:
Flour 1 cup
CornClick to find more about Corn flour 2 tbsp
Baking powder 1/2 tsp
Egg 1(beaten)
SaltClick to find more about Salt pinch

Cooking oil 6 cups for deep frying.


Preparation
Mix all the ingredients for the batter and make a smooth paste.
Little water can also be added.
Dip fish pieces one by one into batter and deep fry till golden brown.
Serve hot with ketchup or anyway you want.

oh one more thing ad breading to the fish . before applying batter apply breading to the fish its is basically rice flour with some salt in it.cover the fish piece with breading and dust off the extra breading and them apply batter it wid be much nicer and crispier. if u need any more help. sheerazmasood@yahoo.com

serve with tarter sauce. it can be made at home . u need mayonnese , vinegar dipped onions , cucumbers. chop the vegetable fine and add them to the mayo and add little vinegar to ur taste and mix em up. ur home made tartar sauce is ready.keep it in fridge in a closed container for one or two days before using it
