Delicious cheesecake recipe made with cookies, cream cheese etc.
2 packs cream cheese
6 cherries (optional)
18 cookies (square shaped)
1 tsp vanilla
Pinch of salt
1 egg
Beat creamcheese, egg, vanilla, salt together.
Place a sheet of aliminium foil on flat surface place cookies 3 rows of 3.
Spread the cream cheese mixture on top of cookies.
Add another 9 cookies on top of first row of cookies.
Spread again mixture on top of cookies, place cheries down center of spread in a row.
Place hands under foil at the sides bring the cookie mixture together at center forming a piramide close well.
Freeze 1 hour keep cool.
Slice and serve.
