Easy combination of Chicken and Macaroni which serves with hearty salad or vegetables makes a great and filling meal.


Ingredients
1/2 kg boneless chickenClick to find more about chicken
2-3 tbsp hara masala (depending on your taste)
1 glass of milk
1 small tomatoClick to find more about tomato chopped
1-2 bananaClick to find more about banana pepper
1/4 cup oil
1-2 tspn cornClick to find more about corn starch
1 small potatoClick to find more about potato cut into small cubes
1/2 packet or spagetti noodles
SaltClick to find more about Salt (depending upon taste)


Preparation
Boil chickenClick to find more about chicken in hara masala and saltClick to find more about salt(hari mirche, garlicClick to find more about garlic, and gingerClick to find more about ginger).
Add cut potatoes along with the chickenClick to find more about chicken to boil.
Save the water when the chickenClick to find more about chicken is fully cooked.
Boil the spaghetti noodles.
In a lager pot add oil, cornClick to find more about corn starch and milk. Mix really well. Keep mixing until the mixutre starts to thicken.
Now start adding the water from the chickenClick to find more about chicken slowly. Keep stiring adding a little chickenClick to find more about chicken stock at a time or until the mixture starts to thicken. Add the chickenClick to find more about chicken stock until you get a liquidy consistency.
Now add the chickenClick to find more about chicken and potatoes to the pot.
Add the cut up bananna peppers and the tomatoes.
Lastly add the spagetti noodles. Mix well.
Cook for a little longer and make sure not to cover the lid.
Serve with lemon slices.
If the chickenClick to find more about chicken macaroni thickens add a little bit of water to the pot and put on slow heat.

hara masala is mixture of paste of green chilies, corriander and mint.
