Haleem is a wonderfully creamy, spicy and very nutritious dish. The ingredients are simple, but to make a good haleem you need to cook it on low flame for atleast 5-6 hours.

Nihari is a very famous traditional dish of Pakistan. It is a type of stew cooked in fiery spices. Furthur more you build up the taste with the fresh chopped green ingredients.
It is one of the easiest dinners to put together, and is fancy enough for company. It can be served in so many different ways like in sandwich, shawarma style, with boiled veggies/rice.
Kachri ka Qeema very tasty yet easy to cook. Minced meat marinated and then cooked on low flame until done and then infumed with coal to get a bbq flavor.
Kefta is ground beef or lamb, typically mixed with cumin, paprika, minced onion, coriander and parsley. Kefta makes a superb kebab best for any occassion.
